The International Journal of Clinical Reports and Case Studies (IJCRCS) is committed to promoting the free dissemination of high-quality scientific knowledge. To encourage researchers and clinicians worldwide, the journal does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscript submission or peer review.
Accepted manuscripts are published with a nominal publication and processing fee of USD 100. This fee is charged only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been accepted for publication.

Although the journal maintains a very low publication fee, every submitted manuscript undergoes a comprehensive editorial and production workflow to ensure the highest standards of scientific publishing.
The publication fee helps cover the costs associated with:

The publication fee helps support these publishing services while allowing the journal to maintain high editorial quality and provide open access to all published articles.
Who is Responsible for Payment?
The corresponding author is responsible for arranging payment after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Payment may also be made by the author’s institution, research organization, or funding agency.
When is the Publication Fee Confirmed?
The publication fee applicable to a manuscript is confirmed during the submission process. Once confirmed, the fee will remain unchanged throughout the review and publication process.
When and How Do I Pay?
Payment is requested only after editorial acceptance of the manuscript.

Open Access Policy
All articles published in the International Journal of Clinical Reports and Case Studies (IJCRCS) are made freely available online immediately after publication under the journal’s Open Access policy, allowing unrestricted access to readers worldwide.
Print Copies
The journal is published online only.
Printed copies or article reprints are not included in the publication fee. Authors requiring printed reprints may request them separately, subject to availability and applicable charges.
Article Withdrawal Policy
Authors may withdraw their manuscript within five (5) days of the initial submission without any charges, provided that the editorial review process has not significantly progressed.
Once a manuscript has entered peer review or advanced editorial processing, considerable editorial and administrative resources have already been invested. In such cases, if authors request withdrawal after peer review has commenced or after editorial acceptance, the journal reserves the right to charge 40% of the applicable publication fee to cover editorial and processing costs incurred.
