APRS journal will function as a forum for clinicians and basic scientists to share information, communicate, and collaborate in search of solutions to significant clinical issues as well as be an exciting addition to the existing literature related to advances in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Aims & Scope: Advances in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (APRS) is a bimonthly, international open access journal which publishes original high-quality research and reviews that highlight scientific and cutting edge technological advances in all areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery. APRS journal prioritizes publication of latest research, up-to-date and evidence-based information of basic plastic surgery knowledge in the light of innovations and new technologies as well as research approaches as applied to general plastic, hand surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, craniofacial surgery, microsurgery, breast surgery, aesthetic surgery, and reconstructive surgery.
APRS journal is dedicated to publishing high-quality peer-reviewed articles that cover a wide range of topics in reconstructive surgery such as functional impairments caused by burns; traumatic injuries, such as facial bone fractures and breaks; congenital abnormalities, such as cleft palates or cleft lips; developmental abnormalities; infection and disease; cancer or tumors and also addresses cosmetic core procedures including rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift, cosmetic medicine; cosmetic breast surgery, to include breast reconstruction following mastectomy, breast augmentation, and breast reduction; body contouring and more new procedures and techniques.
The Journal will accept original clinical or laboratory research, operative procedures and comprehensive reviews on plastic surgery. Selected ideas and innovations, letters, techniques and case reports addressing the emerging trends in cosmetic surgery are considered as well. Significant papers on tissue engineering principles and stem cell applications in research and practice of plastic surgery as well as regenerative medicine and alternative medicine are also published.
We hope that strong criteria for the peer-review process, transparency of the editorial policy ensures the success of this journal, and we rely on continuing support of the scientific community in all aspects of the journal’s activity.

IFS journal aims at promoting forensic science research towards the development of highly discriminating, accurate, reliable, cost-effective, and rapid methods for the identification, analysis, and interpretation of physical evidence for criminal justice purposes.
